    Package arrived on time & very securely wrapped. Looked in excellent condition, was relatively easy to set up for someone not very computer savvy!! The 12 month guarantee was not in the box & we didn't receive an email but upon contacting the seller they assured me by quick reply that we did indeed have said guarantee, which was a bonus for us. So far delighted with delivery, the computer & the service provided.

    An excellent refurbished laptop delivered in less than 48 hours from ordering. Packaged exceptionally well, the product was good value for money. The seller is highly recommended wh I would use again.

    I would give positive feedback but the items arrived damaged (one irreparable) and poorly packaged for international delivery. The seller was quick to respond to my problem but would not send a replacement due to it being an international sale ! I accepted a partial refund. Also, the items have no displayport input as advertised so I cannot connect to any computer to test therefore I am not able to verify the functions of the least damaged display. Not my best ebay experience.
