Because of this they have become one my go to drone parts suppliers, when I am sourcing parts for my customers damaged drones.   Although the drone still had the previous email on it the tech staff was superb and went above and beyond to fix the problem. If don’t care if things aren’t perfect it’s how it’s handled to come up with a solution to fix the problem and it was just a simple oversight, accidents happen and I am not perfect either! He walked me through how to fix it and was very patient and kind…5 star service! The drone itself was in great condition. Highly recommend
