  The customer service was incredible. When I had a question, the responses were immediate. They even made sure the delivery went well. The packaging was more than adequate to protect the product. The quality of the product was better than expected. Dealing with this vendor was a pleasant experience. They sincerely want to please the customer. I highly recommend this vendor.   I ordered the product on April 7 for arrival on April 9-10. When I discovered on April 9 that the Fedex tracking number they gave me was for a label that had not even been given to FedEx, I contacted the seller, who told me, a full day later, that they would look into it. Two days after that, I had to purchase the part from another vendor, and asked these people to cancel the order, only to have them apologize and ask me to allow them to check with their "fulfillment team". Bad vendor.
