Value seemed a little high for used cranks, but better than the $350 I would have had to pay to replace the whole thing new. Packaging was super secure. Shipping got to me sooner than promised.   I contacted the seller to see when it would ship; it was a birthday present for my husband. I received a message back quickly that the shaft was already shipped. USPS shipping info showed soon after. Item shipped within a couple of days and arrived earlier than estimated. Seller packed item securely. The item was exactly what it was listed as.
