    The seller was awesome. The item arrived fast, an the listing was as described. The item did arrive with a bad battery, which the seller had no way of knowing about when listing. When communicating with the seller, they understood the situation and offered a return. Awesome seller, will do business with again!

    Item exactly as described. It was well packaged, fast shipping, good communication. If you own a Weller solder station, outfit it with genuine Weller tips. I tend to skip over items without free shipping, but this item including the shipping, was competitive with others with free shipping. Footnote: Genuine Weller tips are not that easy to find. I recommend this Ebay dealer.

    The item order was actually not available due to a listing issue by the seller they reached out to me and did their best to answer my questions (but like most bulk sellers couldnt give specifics on the exact item). They offered to refund the entire transaction. Very honest and honerable seller.
