    THE SELLER HASN'T SENT THE ITEM TO ME. IT'S NOW 10 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DELIVERY & THE SELLER IS IGNORING MY MESSAGES. AS I HAVE NO COMMS FROM THE SELLER & NO ITEM SO I HAVE ASKED EBAY TO INTERVENE. FROM MY EXPERIENCE THIS IS NOT A SELLER TO TRUST.

    We used Ebay shipping service and dispatched on the 9th June, sorry but this was down to Royal Mail and not Chigwell Satellite. You have been refunded and I am sorry but this was out of our control, regards Richard.
