  I purchased the item 7/21/25. I contacted the seller about 10 days later when the item hadn't arrived. The seller made it seem like I was out of line for contacting them about this and that it will arrive when it does. I waited another week and it never came so I requested a refund. The seller messaged back saying the same thing. I am just blown away at how difficult this seller made this transaction. Not cool imo.

  Incorrect. Buyer contacted me on 07/31. I responded on 08/01 and requested they give it through following Saturday, 08/09 and to let me know if/when it arrived. Buyer then opened "Not received" case on 08/04. Never heard back from user until this review, Updated case file on 08/07 with information that I responded to user on 1 day later with same information.
