  Product is as advertised, was promptly shipped and was very nicely packaged with extra bubble wrap. If anything, the communication from the seller could be a bit better (still waiting for a bill of sales). Still, would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Very bad seller does not communicate or respond to messages i received item that was stated as “NEW” but looks like someone had opened the box there was parts taped to the outside of the item box. I also I sent a message about the broken right side mirror I received after spending $100+ on item. Still no response. Check prior NEG feedback before making a purchase. Poor business quality and value. Think twice before making purchase! Do not patronize this seller!!

  Amazing seller got a jigsaw puzzle from Poland to the UK not only quicker than Amazon could get it to me from their depot 6 miles from my house but also cheaper even including postage. Arrived undamaged unlike the same puzzle I had to returnto Amazon earlier in the year. FeDex kept me constantly updated and even sent an apology email as parcel was supposed to arrive by 4pm and would not be delivered until 5pm ...just before Christmas getting from Poland to UK in a week I'll forgive the hour.

  Quality of this product is top! The scent is fabulous, worth the price even though the shipping is a little excessive but I ro recognize that it comes from outside of the US. But it's a brand new product with great size of 1Lt, well packed & protected. Seller is very responsible, and sent the item with an appropriate amount of time and I received just in the time frame given I'm very pleased.

  Excellent product new well packaged as described . Now if this review was just on the item it would be + from purchase to delivery date took well to long communication was minimal to not getting no response at all . Package was saying dispatched but had not even been given to courier. It remained this way for 2more weeks . The lesson I’ve learned if you can’t purchase an item in the uk don’t bother going outside I was slapped with a further £53 vat charge . Original bargain was lost

Once we shipped your order, it was at the mercy of couriers and customs, and well… they like to take their time. As for the extra VAT charge, we feel your pain—Brexit turned bargains into surprises, and not the fun kind. Hope the product was worth the wait, and we truly appreciate your patience! 🚀

  The dispatch time was a bit slow (due to holiday season, which was explained to me via communication with the seller). However, once dispatched the item arrived very quickly. Was packaged very well and item was exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase from this ebayer. Many thanks.
