  Arrived very quickly with tracking, always a plus. Parcel had incorrect name but right address so got here safely (and early). Package did arrive unboxed in a loose bag so as a result was damaged in transit but fixable with glue. Seller communicated very quickly, less than 2hrs after delivery and advised this should not have happened and was not the intended customer service they aim to deliver. Offered full refund or replacement without need for return as item damaged and overall very pleasant.

  So the item was dispatched but never arrived. I've put this as a positive experience because of the way they handled the situation! They contacted me to to check if I had the item and when informed no, the promptly apologised (even though it's the the posts fault) and issued a refund. Judge sellers by how they handle issues and not when everything goes well. Recommend and I will be happy to purchase from again in the future
