Purse arrived in tact, in prestin condition, wrapped in a plastic bag, with shipping paper, stuffed with paper and in a box to accommodate ots size along with a Thank You card and two strawberrycards.   I have ordered a "used" Polly Pocket and I think it came in even better condition than on the photos :D Very good value for the money - it was definitely a steal for me.
