Impressed, this is how shipping and notification communication should be! Great product as described. All intact wrappers, labels! I registered racquet at Head which recognized the genuine serial number. Very good value experience, gained with the racquet shipped and delivered promptly. Thank you!

  Great customer service, messaged me just minutes after the purchase, explained everything I needed to know before shipping the racket. It was delivered as advertised. Packaging was great with sufficient protection and cushion. Shipping was a little slow, but I believe it was because it was from the west coast to the east coast and it was within the Thanksgiving week. 10/10 would recommend, thanks Jen, you are a rockstar.
