  I won an online auction for the first knife, (Kershaw 1820), on March 1st and to this day it has not arrived via USPS. I contacted the seller who was very apologetic and without hesitation sent me another identical knife this time via FED X and it arrived this morning. Beautiful knife new in box condition. It even included the original box and related paperwork. This seller turned a very negative online experience into a great one. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Outstanding!
