  Item was shipped safely as described. Very well and snugly packaged with a good amount of void fill to avoid any sort of damage. Had a small mechanical issue and the seller was very generous and worked with me to resolve said issue. After some communication and some troubleshooting, we resolved the problem. Highly appreciate how kind and courteous they were and how quick they were to respond to help me with the problem. I wish more eBay sellers would operate the same way!
