  Seller is killing it! To me it was a very fragile item but it could have been shipped like anything else. Seller packed it like a torpedo and it arrived minty. THIS is the the shipping i don't mind paying for. Thanks again!

  Item was packaged as safely as possible, and when the item was broken during shipping despite their best efforts, they were understanding and even made the refund process easy to go through. They were a joy to have to deal with, despite a negative situation happening to both of us due to factors outside of both of our control.

  I knew the box was damaged when I ordered it - and the seller was so sweet when I explained my reasons behind wanting to get this doll. I wish I hadn't had to pay so much, but in the end it was worth it. Overall, a lovely interaction - as described - great addition to my granddaughter's collection! Thank you!

  This seller has zero sense of urgency for shipping. My item was taken to the post office 5 days after it was purchased and received 12 days after purchase. The items were as described but just know that if you buy from this seller, you might have to wait awhile to receive your purchase.

  Thank you for you comments. These items required specialized packaging to ensure they arrived in great condition which extended the processing/shipping time by one day on my end. Once the item is delivered to the post office, shipping time is outside of my control. There were no communications from the seller regarding an urgency. If there had been, the item would have been shipped the next day.
