  This is a beautiful black and white charm. I ordered two to be put on a Pandora bracelet for my friend. Unfortunately, I only got one and was sent a different charm. I took a picture and sent a note off to the seller about the mistake. I received a nice note back with an apology for the error. I was offered 50% off for the charm, but I didn't need it. I needed two of the same style. So, I sent it back. Cordial communication.
