Since the beginning of the workshop making classical guitars, AIERSI has been committed to providing high quality guitar products. The first customized classical guitar style was based on the famous Australian Smallman guitar. The customer was very satisfied after receiving the guitar. The guitar and case were both packaged very well with no damages upon arrival and in perfect condition. The quality of the guitar is noticed as soon as you pick it up!! I couldn't believe how soon it arrived. I had ordered the guitar on March 21st and, as I said, it arrived today on April 7th. That's only 28 days! I had asked the folks at Aiersi to detune the guitar (loosen the strings) before packaging and shipping and they did just that. As a result, there was no damage to the cone or the biscuit. I highly recommend this vendor.
