Item arrived just plugged in to pc and the two switches either side of stat button switch to on but wlight won't stay on as switch goes up but back down

Hi.... that is exactly what it is supposed to do. If you read the description is states those are 2 momentary toggles (self returning toggles). I am sorry you did not understand that. If you would have preferred latching toggles you could have asked and we would have done that at your request.

Good product, fast shipping. Weirdly, the product listing images showed the Vesa pattern to look like it was not 75x75, but it is.
Also one of the rotary encoder dials is a bit mushy when pressed in. Flicky switches are very nice and firm. You get what you pay for. If you want something a bit more professional and high quality, expect to pay more, but honestly this more than does the job and I think its awesome!
