  Delivery was quick. Item as described and well packaged. There was a fault with the machine and they swiftly arranged collection and replacement machine. Unfortunately the replacement had the same fault so also had to go back. Not the sellers fault but they swiftly dealt with it and offered full refund. 5* customer service. Would recommend.

  Item arrived this afternoon, delivered by Evri. Haven't used the item as yet but appears to be in working order with no manufacturers defects. I liked the carton box it came in. Maximum protection, minimum effort and fuss to unwrap it. Other bags I've recently bought came screwed up and placed inside a black bin bag wrapped up in parcel tape. Great ebay experience and first class seller. Would definitely buy again and recommend 👍

  Miraculously Item arrived undamaged in manufacturer’s very damaged box. The Guitar stand is solid metal so it survived being shipped halfway around the world even after being lost by local UPS then arriving very late. Seller shipped Item promptly, as described and isn’t responsible for the delivery shenanigans. Grazie mille, ben fatto.
