  DSI works great despite being listed as "For Parts or Repair." It did need a new battery cover, which the seller did point out and even directly pictured on the listing. The seller shipped it out about a day after I initially ordered it and it was very securely packaged. For what I got the price was more than fair and I would definitely recommend this seller!

  Package was stuck at USPS, messaged them - no luck, called store and spoke to Mgr and was able to track down package same day and resolved. Package arrived quickly and well packaged safely. Confident in graph quality, Beckett review approved. The reviews had me worried but I'm happy with the transaction and resolution with kind service.

  Item arrived quickly, in working order, and mostly as described. Unfortunately, the packaging was not enough to prevent USPS breaking the case during shipping. This seller uses a very thin padded mailer, don't think I would risk it on more expensive items.

  This is a great seller! Genesis cart arrived and would not boot. They can die any time. The seller said I could return for a refund. I like to tinker and saw there was a possible fix for Genesis carts where you add a 1k resistor to the proper pins. I asked if he would refund a couple dollars so I could purchase the resistor and try to fix it. He graciously did. The resistor arrived and I installed it as shown in a YouTube video on how to do the fix. It works! I am so please he worked with me. TY
