I contacted the seller and they offerred a refund or replacement or a partial refund , which I opted for as I had thrown away the packaging and didn't want to go to the trouble of sending it back as it would have cost what I would have made back.. I would buy from this seller again, just not the same dog toy.

Supplier was already preparing to send replacements when the original shipment arrived. Supplier very good on delivery and communication, goods as expected, courier rubbish.
