It came wrapped in the static free cover and foam pads to keep it secure in the box. Seller was quick to ship, communication on shipment and tracking info was quickly sent to me. I sent them a message because after installing the throttle position sensor my truck was still running erratically. In my message to them I asked if sometimes these sensors have a defect. In their message back to me they asked if I would like a refund without having a to send the part back. Thankfully I found that I didn’t reconnect a vacuum hose and that was the problem. Their part was fine. 5 stars!!!

When I did the battery replacement on my iPod and plugged it in the battery started doing a bubbly noise, then battery didn’t charge. They contacted me regarding the battery, they we super polite and helpful. The apologized for the issue and gave me a full refund even though I didn’t as for It. They just wanted to go the extra mile to make things right. Amazing CS, I’ll buy from them again
