  Product as described - no issues there. Very happy. Shipping cost was extreme - more than double any quote from USPS or UPS and took 8 days to deliver. If the seller wanted a higher price he/she should have stated their requested price versus padding the shipping costs by more than $40 and using an inferior shipper - FedEx. The total cost was still competitive, which is why I purchased, but for $80 in shipping costs I should have received the package within 3 days, not 8.

  Dear customer we buy shipping labels through eBay and we have no way to adjust their rates. Because of high shipping costs we kept the price of the unit low. You placed the order on Monday at 5:53 pm, we retrieved the item from warehouse and shipped it on Wednesday 11 am. We chose Fedex shipping as it provided earlier arrival time and these holidays USPS lost 3 of our packages. We shipped your item quickly and with best service available it is not our fault that delivery took 6 days.
