  I had high expectations based on the listing but the product I received was not as advertised and unfortunately, the container leaked upon arrival. Seller promptly issued a full refund for my purchase. I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue.   Received Item as described and the value seems to be okay. Should have put more packing around the item because it poked holes in the box from moving around. Tracking USPS Shipping started out great but ended up costing me wasted time. I took screenshots of the movement and it kept changing where the package was. It arrived and left same destination a few times and then the expected delivery date changed. Out for delivery, USPS showed up at my house without the package. Delivered 2 hours later.

  Cream arrived very quickly, which was a nice surprise. I wish it had been packaged better, as the green plastic tab that held the lid on the cream had broken, causing the lid to come off, and half of the tub of cream to melt inside of the package. I do appreciate the quick delivery though, as well as the good communication. Recommend this seller.

  I used the tracking number I was given by the seller. It showed that the item had been delivered a few days ago, but it had not. Went to the post office and was told the number wasn't exactly the same as what I was given. The box that it arrived in had a huge hole in the side of it, and no one had attempted to tape it up or cover it. I think the price was a good value for what I received. May order another one.
