  Very disappointed! It took way longer than shown on the listing. When I finally received my order-it was the wrong item! The vendor told me it was because it was a special order. It was not listed as a special order. I really wanted the rectangular clock, that I ordered (not what they shipped). I asked for a discount to get the item I ordered, since I waited so long. They said yes, but raised the price. Very sleazy! Then they tried to tell me I could just change price. Not nice!

  Customer did not read listing and ordered the wrong clock. Was advised to return and I would create a new listing for her desired clock . As a courtesy we told her to present an offer for $10 less than regular sale price (to prevent others from getting a highly discounted price). She did not understand and got frustrated.

  Seller was responsive. He spent approx. one week trying to track down the shipment...to no avail. He immediately contacted me and provided a full refund. I would do business with Seller Again.
