  While typing my initial I failed to check my junk mail folder for any response from this seller. I later checked and realized all the replies and responses was automatically sent to this folder. The seller has been nothing but helpful and diligent in helping me with any issues and concerns I was experiencing. I apologize for posting a negative review prior to checking all mailbox folders. This item is awesome when following the instructions.

  The seller took 9 days to ship the item contacted ebay to canceled the order ebay approved it and per ebay seller was going to sent me the shipping label but seller wanted me to paid the whole shipping against what ebay said also seller told me that if he didn't receive the item I won't be receiving the refund. Seller was contacted multiple times and he replied every message super late making me impossible to work a refund

  Shipped Quick, Good Price, Arrival time is very slow but not sellers fault. Packages from china are being delayed by usps. Other than that very happy.

  after receiving this item, it was too complex for me to install, so I requested a return. The seller and I agreed to a partial refund and I could keep the item, as return shipping to China would be expensive. However, after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I have not received the refund, have contacted the seller multiple times, and every time they say the refund is processing. Don't buy from this seller if you think you may have issues with their products

  We completed the full refund and took a screenshot of our backend order interface to explain it to him, but the customer still reported that he had not received his refund. We also told him to contact eBay customer service to inquire about the refund progress. The order on our side has been processed, but the customer still maliciously left us a bad review because he said he did not receive the refund. We have reported this person to eBay, and the platform has blocked his account.
