  Got the item, it was packed very well, looked great, when I got it, the box had a heavy bend/dent in it and the part that slides into the water pipe was broken off upon opening. Nothing but positive experiences with you guys and products but it's unfortunate it was broken upon receiving. I don't know if you can do anything about it, if not I understand, just wanted to let you know. Thank you and have a wonderful rest of your day! Definitely still buying regardless. Good quality product!

  Seller shipped the stems and bowls right away and they arrived quickly. One stem had broken in transit but seller was quick to make the situation right. The items were just as described and I would buy again!
