  This was my first transaction with ebay. Dave and Carla were just wonderful, before, during and after delivery. Dave packaged the clock perfectly, no extra pieces in the box. After the clock arrived, I got in touch with the seller regarding pendulum and it not keeping time. He suggested a few adjustments and voila, keeping almost perfect time!
