This dealer is very supportive. I successfully purchased 3 different items and only 2 were delivered but USPS stated all 3 were delivered. Nothing was stolen from my porch - it appears to be a USPS error. Not the seller’s issue and I would buy from this seller in the future.

Unsatisfactory transaction. Too little packing materials used. Buyer repacked broken item, using same packing material and shipped via UPS at buyer’s expense. A day or so later, buyer made aware of prepaid shipping label available. Seller received item back. Messages from buyer to seller for repayment of buyer shipping cost ignored. Phone calls from buyer to EBay agents x2 stated buyer is responsible for return cost. Seller has yet to repay UPS return shipping cost.

This is an untrue feedback by this buyer. She went outside of ebay and purchased her own UPS label to send back item, and did not follow Ebay protocol for returns. I issued her a prepaid label which she did not use. This buyer received a full refund per Ebay return policy. I might also add that when this buyer first contacted me about the shipping breakage, she immediately started to threaten me with negative feedback. Is this any way to treat a seller who has been selling on Ebay for 21 years?
