the item received is not exactly the frame I was expecting and this seller has not responded to my appeal for the correct item it seems the crickets are no chirping it was totally wrong from color of frame and photo in the frame and seriously overpriced am I wrong for wanting either a refund or the correct photo & frame? at least this seller could and should have made an effort to respond

The item was shipped to a completely different address. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund and it has been radio silence ever since. I’ve tried several times to get a response. Now I’m going to have to co tact my bank to get my money back.
