  They shipped fast. The packaging was a little tattered, but everything was in the box. They showed very few scratches on the foot pads. They were as described. They were about half the price of new. No instructions at all, but I figured it out.

  Item was received fairly quickly, but upon assembling, I found it was incomplete. I contacted the seller and he said he would issue me a refund, and I didn’t have to return it and pay shipping. Quick response and good outcome. I would do business with them again.

  great seller fast delivery, package was secure, and all the parts were as described except for the bolts to attach them to the chair but I had some, so all is good, if I had gotten this new at Amazon it would have cost twice as much, all in all I'm happy with it and they'll work with the FrankenChair I'm building
