  First of all, this seller made sure to update me about the delivery date, which I really appreciated. It arrived completely undamaged. The best part, my skin loves this cream. It's the best product that I have ever tried from Philosophy, hands down. Awesome seller, highly recommend.

  Having "includes the following" in your description is poor form if you're not actually talking about your item. In hindsight, I should have seen that the pictures didn't include the Book Talk Journals. The description makes it seem like 1 copy of both the books and the journals would have been included, but now after getting the package and re-looking at the listing and pretending I was the seller, I can see how they could argue it doesn't include them. What was shipped is in good condition.

  The seller did follow up and send the journals at no extra charge and they were in great condition. I haven't used ebay in awhile, if there is a way to change my review to positive please let me know.
