  Shipping was fast. Shipped very well, Packaged in bubble wrap, was as described. Price was great. Item was new in package like stated..... Only weird thing was I asked a question about how the item was procured as it was significantly cheaper than you could buy in store and got a semi asinine two word response, was good for a chuckle lol :) I'd buy from the seller again ...   We experienced some issues because the BIOS was password-protected. The seller repeatedly requested that I return the device for a refund, but I was unable to do so at the time since I was out of the country. Fortunately, I was able to contact Lenovo support, and through their warranty service, the issue was successfully resolved. Gear shipping, and as described good Thank you.
