  Have purchased same shoes from ShoesShoe previously. They are as described and excellent value. For such a reasonable price they lasted a good time, using them constantly for driving in particular. So I bought another pair! Good communication. Delivery was later than estimate, but only a couple of days - not sellers fault. All in all a good experience.

  Had a defect in one of the Boots that were sent to me. Seller became aware of this and offered to replace/refund.......good communications with Seller and issue was resolved within 24 hrs. Really appreciated Sellers swift and satisfactory action with this issue.

  Seller sent completely the wrong shoes. Tried to offer discount. Returned to seller. Seller said they didn’t need to refund for 6 days. I said very bad customer service to keep me waiting to refund. Finally refunded after 5 days. I cannot recommend this seller.
