  I received black which is the wrong color. Contacted seller and they offered 15% discount to keep wrong color. I declined I needed the navy for work and wanted full refund and/or with exchange. Never heard back from seller after multiple attempts and had to file a dispute. Still waiting. Not happy!

  Had a bit of an issue with a missing pair of slippers. The buyer though sorted it out as soon as possible and gave me a full refund, I ordered 3 pair and 2 arrived no problem. They look great and are very comfortable. Great price. Would purchase from again thank you 😊

  Size of trainers were too big. So I got in touch regarding the sizing.I spoke to one of the directors didn't catch his name. He couldn't have been more helpful, professional and very pleasant. He delt with the situation straight away and got things sorted. Excellent customer service. Thank you much appreciated.
