  The Dansko shoes came in a matter of a few days. The seller kept the postage low, which is greatly appreciated.. I tried buying the knock offs on Amazon for a much lower price however they weren’t comfortable because the leather was too stiff and I had to send them back. Then I offered the seller a lowball price on the Dansko shoes. ( They already discounted. )I received the nicest letter back declining my offer . I’m a 100% 😊 Happy with my shoes & seller

  Seller knowingly sent me an item a half size larger than what I ordered (10½ vs 10). On the invoice included in the box, the size that I had actually ordered was crossed out with black marker. I complained and the seller offered a return, but that would've been at my expense and time. Luckily the larger size was an acceptable fit, but I really would've appreciated a message from the seller before they sent a different size than what I ordered. Other than size, the item was new as described.

  Shoes were perfect and in new condition. The seller responded quickly to my inquiry about shipping and was kind enough to ship immediately with hopes of me receiving the shoes in time for my trip. The shoes fit my wide feet well even though they are mediums. Great seller! Would shop again.
