  Seller knowingly sent me an item a half size larger than what I ordered (10½ vs 10). On the invoice included in the box, the size that I had actually ordered was crossed out with black marker. I complained and the seller offered a return, but that would've been at my expense and time. Luckily the larger size was an acceptable fit, but I really would've appreciated a message from the seller before they sent a different size than what I ordered. Other than size, the item was new as described.

  Shoes were perfect and in new condition. The seller responded quickly to my inquiry about shipping and was kind enough to ship immediately with hopes of me receiving the shoes in time for my trip. The shoes fit my wide feet well even though they are mediums. Great seller! Would shop again.

  The slippers are in perfect condition. They were shipped quickly, but then the USPS lost them in transit for 2 weeks. Larry at Shoe Lodge cancelled the sale and quickly refunded my money. Then, a week later, the slippers magically appeared at my door. I let Larry know, and he handled a new payment for me, as well as thanking me for my honesty in letting him know that the item had arrived after all. I have previously purchased from Shoe-Lodge and will do so again. Honesty works both ways.
