  The listing stated US $8.40 USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope®. ..my order came in a box with no packing and the package split open and Garden Dust, powder all over in the box from the package splitting open..with the package just loose in box with no packing is why the package split...now I have a mess...if they would have shipping in the padded Envelope as stated or used some bubble warp this would have not happened...yep when we cut corners it comes back and bites us!

  I apologize for the poor experience. A padded envelope likely wouldn't have kept the bag from breaking open as it sounds like it may have been defective. Out of the 8 bags I've shipped in a box this way (at my added expense), this is the first mishap I've encountered. I appreciate your candid feedback though and will bag these prior to boxing going forward to help contain the mess if the bag breaks. For future purchases keep in mind we would have sent a new bag to you if you had messaged us.
