  Receive the catalytic converters and upon installation the connecting pipes between the headers and the cats where short about three inches even though it was a plug and play kit. Also shipping company didn't handle the package well and one side of it was opened upon arrival and some hardware was missing. I contacted the seller about it and he worked it out with me and gave me a decent partial refund because I kept the item and made it work on my vehicle. Seller was really helpful.

  I bought these to help my son rebuild an old Nighthawk he got. But I may have ordered the wrong parts so ended up needing to return them. The seller was very prompt with the refund. If I can make sure what bike I am rebuilding (perhaps simply a model issue) then I'll be buying from this seller again. Very polite and helpful and the parts were as described in new condition and the price was very reasonable. I just probably ordered the wrong ones and not the fault of this seller.

  I was told wrong year of bike I ordered item for so when I got them discovered they would not work started return process and got full refund and was told not to worry about returning items super fast service thank you

  Unfortunately, this product was never delivered. While it wasn't their fault, the seller was very responsive and offered a refund to resolve the issue. I've ordered from Shmoto before and have been very happy with them. I will continue to use them as my goto shop for motorcycle parts.

  Great price and nice welds on the catalytic exhaust system. Shipped fast and packaged well. Unfortunately the flange was flat and not bell shaped to fit to the tail pipe to muffler and wasn't detailed in description and was supposed to be a direct fit. Seller gave a full refund and shipping cost for return.
