  Wrong colour received. Ordered red ribbon roses for Christmas crafting. Although the bag wrap stated "red", they were, in fact, fuscia pink. Seller more or less accused me of lying. I asked for a swap so they would not be out of pocket and I would get what I ordered, but seller insisted I had received right article. Seller offered 10% refund. Demeaning. Unhelpful. Lot of hassle over something so small. Will not order from rhem again. I am disabled and rely on deliveries very much.

  Blue bulbs came in a well packege envelope to prevent damage during transit. The colour is called cool blue, I think they are cool to look at too
