Customer service responded quickly to my request to use their return policy. Unfortunately, they told me I had to pay the shipping and then they'd reimburse me. That would normally be fine BUT it was going to cost me over $100 up front. In the end they offered me 20% off & to keep the rug which I accepted, but wasn't very happy with how their return policy actually is.

The seller insisted I pay shipping to return it. I would hope they would refund me. I asked eBay to step in and they said they would insist seller provide label. Unfortunately, they reneged and asked me to pay return shipping. Return shipping was more than the cost of the carpet. Not going to happen. I'll take my lumps and never buy anything from overseas again. Avoid the trap!
