The freezer itself is as described, couple of dings and one of the feet was damaged but I've managed to wedge it with some wood. The freezer is very spacious and works perfectly. Graded is a feeble excuse from total COWBOYS! I'm disabled & have been through hell for weeks over this, no communication, no customer care. Now lies over their inept sales. eBay are on the case for me.
