  I previously purchased a diamond bracelet from this seller & a pair of 0.20ct diamonds studs studs. I was pleased with the service I received & quality. I purchased another pair of studs in 0.33ct as want to replace my many ear piercings with real diamonds. I was extremely disappointed when they arrived as they are exactly the same size even though £50 more. Seller was very slow replying to my messages & contradicted his replies regarding the size. I kept them as messaging did not resolve issue.

  Very poor experience with this seller. First promised delivery in 3 weeks, but then delayed it to over 5 weeks without any communication or response. Eventually, they cancelled the order claiming eBay had cancelled it, only to then ask me to purchase from them privately.I refused and re-ordered through eBay, but they made me wait another week before cancelling again, once more pushing for a private sale. This feels very dodgy and appears to be an attempt to avoid eBay’s authentication process.
