  The seller told me not to pay for my auction, because the dress fabric was rotten. I keep getting payments due from eBay, yet the seller tells me not to pay. I’ve tried calling eBay. Never able to speak to anyone. directed to leave a message, I have left a message and I’ve never heard back from Ebay.I do not want this to go down on my record since the seller told me not to pay.Yet the seller has the exact same dress listed on his inventory for sale. Not good business
