  Item was an excellent condition and exactly as described. Packaged well. Seller communication was good. Item arrived within the given timeframe, but it took 2 1/2 weeks for it to be shipped. Once shipped, it arrived quickly. So would have preferred that it could’ve been shipped sooner as it was a gift. But overall satisfied with purchase.

  Pleasure doing business. All arrived in one piece at usual FedEx come when they feel like it. Was advised by FedEx of customs etc cost, be aware if you buy it can amount to over 20% more, can't pay on line told to wait for invoice, we'll see. Can be cheaper to buy from home country if you find one. As described, we'll packed.

  I am extremely pleased with this mint camera (quality is even better than the description) and Ogawa's friendly service and quick responses. It came well packaged and arrived really quickly from Japan to Canada. It also came with a handwritten note and an Origami flower, which was such a nice touch. The camera is also squeaky-clean, completely free from any musty or other smells and is just as pleasing in appearance as it is to use. Great value, and I will definitely buy from Ogawa again!

  Got a great deal from the seller. Shipping was slow. Not his fault. Mic looks great, but there was no connecting cable. Contacted seller in Japan a half a world away. Thee seller refunded $12 for a new one I would get here. Oh well Great packaging for the long trip, much appreciated. All great thank you. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++

  Item was accurately described and seller was informative throughout the process. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and their open communication while the item was in transit and after delivery (to ask if there was anything amiss).
