  Service was amazing! Shipping extremely quick, DHL are always reliable so my mind was put at ease when I was told that's who they were shipping with. Seller messaged me to let me know what was happening with the shipping process. Most importantly, the description was accurate! It really is BNIB...   Avery high class professional seller, who listens and understands the customer issues. Unfortunately the item which was damaged in transit, or maybe a manufactures fault as it was pristine in all its wrapper. The seller did what he did and under no litigation i found the seller to be profesional, polite, listens fast delivery, and no problems in refunding.   Extremely happy with Shimada Store. As many know a lot of things are happening in the USA right now and they were able to send my items via fed ex even before I knew postal service from Japan to USA has been suspended. I didn’t have to worry at all.
