  I purchased a Wilson Blade 98 4 3/8 grip size, but they sent me the wrong size grip Blade. After a couple of emails, they asked me to send the racket back to them. Once they received, a full refund including shipping was credited back to my account. Good and honest seller. Highly recommend this seller to anyone.

  Frame shipped in bubble mailer. Frame was cracked. Claimed it is was not the racquet because "strings are missing". When I pointed out my stringer cut out the old used strings and that is when we discovered damage, seller asked how he can be compensated for the "missing strings". Irony is I bought two racquets, one was fine, this one was not and seller was very defensive.

  Took almost 2 weeks to receive the product. After guaranteeing 2 or 3 days. Product looked worse than in photos . Contacted seller . He didnt offer any compensation. I also paid $14 for shipping. I feel like I shouldve gotten my shipping $ back
