  Great handbag at a great price, but improperly packed for shipping. It spent 8 days smashed in a plastic bag, wrinkling and rumpling it. Should've been stuffed with newspaper and put in a box, I would be willing to pay extra postage for a bag that looks like the picture when it arrives. The wrinkles haven't come out.
