Before shipping the ties, Sherri emailed me to inform me that my purchase also qualified for an additional 20% multi-tie discount, which she proceeded to refund for me. I would have never known about this had she not informed me after I had already paid. This is someone you want to do business with. A+++++++

  This is awesome! It's better than "as described!" For mere mortals, the value is appreciative immediately. The shipping cost was well worth the overall cost, and the packaging was like someone did [it] with extreme care.
