  Item description said it was 1.2cm wide, which seemed a bit off from the photo, so I wrote to the seller to confirm if this was accurate because this was important for me. They said yes, so I ordered it, but when it arrived, it was obvious that it was bigger: 2cm, which is too much to be just a measuring error. Seller issued a refund. It was otherwise a good experience: arrived in timely manner, well packaged and the quality was ok, so it was a shame I couldn't use it.

  Unfortunately the package could not be sent because of customs regulations, but shenghuocon helped me process the cancellation, gave me a full refund and a good review. A great ebayer.

  Its a shame I did not recieve my order. the seller was in contact with me and kept me updated constantly and issued a refund, I would definatley buy again from this seller as the delivery service seemed to be the issue not the seller.
