    I received the Annette Himstedt doll, Kima and she packaged very well. The box and doll were like new. The doll was better than described. The shipping was on time with no delays.     Great packaging. Quality cardboard box was very sturdy and properly sized, environmental degradable peanuts, heavily bubble wrapped and taped and tissue papered the glasses. Fast shipper and just an overall great ebay seller. This is a true 5 star ebay seller and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory.

    The items were more beautiful in person, I am 100% satisfied with my new plates. The dishes were packed very well. Unfortunately one broke and one chipped (out of 60 items) , the seller resolved the issue promptly, replacing all damaged items. Answering me immediately after I texted. Buy with absolutely confidence, I highly recommend her. And will definitely buy again from her. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!!!
